Josh Hoyer & Soul Colossal, in partnership with Silver Street, are selling a merchandise bundle with 100% of the proceeds going to Nebraska Appleseed. Nebraska Appleseed is a nonprofit organization that fights for justice and opportunity for all Nebraskans. They take a systematic approach to complex issues - such as child welfare, immigration policy, affordable healthcare and poverty - and they take their work wherever they believe they can do the most good, whether that's at the courthouse, in the statehouse or in the community. You can find out ways to be an advocate here, or sign up to volunteer here.

The merchandise bundle includes a Living By The Minute t-shirt and a self-titled debut CD for $20. The shirt features the band's former name, Josh Hoyer & The Shadowboxers, along with the Living By The Minute artwork.

"The importance of citizens chipping in to help those in need is growing by the minute. I felt this was a great way to capitalize on the sale of our music in order to help our fellow Nebraskans who find themselves in need of a hand up. We thank you for joining us and encourage you to find more ways to build our country from the bottom up, with a solid foundation of charity and love." - Josh Hoyer

"Nebraska Appleseed believes that Nebraska should be a place where everyone is welcome. We believe in access to health care for all, especially for Nebraska's hard-working low-income families. We believe that Nebraskan immigrants and refugees are essential to our communities. We believe that every child should feel safe, be adequately cared for, and be able to have normal childhood experiences. We fight for anyone who faces systemic barriers to the good life. We want everyone to have a real chance at the American Dream. The issues we work on are often complex. The systemic change we hope to help create aims high, and takes time and sustained effort. But we know that real change comes from folks coming together, and working to make a difference for their neighbors and communities. We hope that you'll join us in this fight." - Nebraska Appleseed
